MILITARY: Support the Shutdown Fairness Act

I encourage you to contact Rep. Russ Fulcher and ask him to co-sponsor HR 7137 — which guarantees pay for the armed services during a government shutdown. Our military who protect us deserve this!
It is disservice to those who serve and sacrifice for our country, but also deters those who feel the call to serve in a noble position but our government repeatedly fails to deliver promised pay and benefits.
In my opinion — unfortunately — shutdowns are pretty much a guarantee in the future because our government can not pass a budget. There should always be provisions to ensure those who protect our freedoms and keep us safe are paid during government shutdowns. God Bless.
