Support speech and debate team

I am writing to you today on behalf of the Bigfork speech and debate team.

Our students have spent countless hours researching, rehearsing, and refining their arguments, and their hard work has officially paid off: we have qualified for the national tournament.

This is a monumental opportunity for our students to represent Bigfork on a massive stage, competing against 7,000 of the top students from 1500 schools across the country. However, getting our team there is a significant financial undertaking.

To ensure every qualified student can attend regardless of their financial situation, we have established the National Travel Fund. We are seeking donations to help cover:

• Registration fees for the national circuit.

• Travel and lodging expenses.

• Resource materials and coaching support.

Our goal is to raise $12,000 to ensure our local champions can go head-to-head with the best in the nation. Whether it is a small personal contribution or a corporate sponsorship, every dollar goes directly toward student travel costs.
