Track team has solid performances at Missoula

The Columbia Falls track team put up some solid performances at the Missoula Invitational track meet Friday.

Jett Brandeberry took fourth in the 100 meters

Miles Colliander was sixth in the 110 hurdles and Joe West took third in the javelin, with  a throw of 166 even, just three feet from the top placer.

Dylan Owens was fifth in the high jump and Easton Brooks was third in the triple jump with a 41-6.5.

Mila Johns took third in the 1,600 for the girls with a 5:27. The girls were fifth in the 1,600 relay, which included Peyton Ross, Ashley Andrews, Johns  and  Cora Hannan.

Soli Bullemer was third in the pole vault with a 10-6.

The junior varsity team competed in Libby Saturday. Up next the Wildcats travel to Corvallis on Thursday and then they host the Iceberg Invitational at home Saturday,
