Legislative process is not a game

Lake County Leader | UPDATED 2 weeks, 2 days AGO

The ultra-right wing of the Republican Party has made the decision that any Republican that does not vote exactly as they dictate must be eliminated.

The Lake County Republican Central Committee is one of many across the state that is targeting an incumbent who does not march lock step with their directives. Representative Linda Reksten is facing a primary challenge from a 21-year-old kid named Finley Warden who has little world, let alone Montana experience, is not a full-time resident of Lake County and has a sketchy high school and college resume.

The Lake County Central Committee has been able to secure funding from an alt-right dark money group, “Americans for Prosperity,” that has paid for at least 10 negative attack flyers and countless TV spots since Finley was duped into running against Rep. Linda Reksten.

Our legislative process is not a game! Reject the alt right’s attempts to eliminate thinking politicians and replace them with puppets like Warden.

Please show up and vote for Reksten
