Get ready to kick up your heels at the 35th annual Rocky Mountain Rendezvous: Project Whitefish Wine and Food Fest April 30.

This year's Wild Wild West-themed wine tasting, food festival, and auction will be held from 6 to 9 p.m. at Grouse Mountain Lodge, 2 Fairway Dr., Whitefish, with all proceeds benefitting Project Whitefish Kids, an organization that maintains the Smith Fields Sports Complex and the Whitefish Theatre Company.

The food festival will feature local restaurants, including Mambo, Logan’s Bar and Grill at Grouse Mountain Lodge, Ed McGrew’s BBQ, Latitude 48, Forage, Fleur Bake Shop, and Whitefish Lake Restaurant. Summit Beverage will provide a selection of wines, introducing new varieties for tasters to sample. Craft beer will also be provided by Blackstar Brewing Company.

Attendees participating in the live and silent auction will be able to bid on items including a Disneyworld package, a private dinner with local culinary chefs Tim Good and John Evenhius, a private movie party at the O’Shaughnessy Center, sporting equipment, wine, gift baskets, restaurant gift certificates and theatre tickets, all donated by local businesses.

John Dunnigan and David Walburn will be performing live with Whitefish Theatre Company Operations and Marketing Director, Mikey Winn, serving as the emcee.

Seating is limited to 150. Tickets are $100 per person, which includes food and drinks. People may pay for tables that seat 10 for $1,000. Tickets may be purchased online at whitefishtheatreco.org,  at the O’Shaughnessy Center box office, 1 Central Ave. in Whitefish, or by calling 862-5371.
