Tristan N. Nelson, 22, of Kellogg, was arrested and booked for a failure to appear.
April 22
Justin Riley Galusha, 22 of Colbert, Wash., was arrested and booked for aggravated assault.
Riley Edward Baldwin, 26, of Pinehurst, was arrested and booked for aggravated battery.
Terry Joe Delaney, 38, of Kingston, was arrested and booked for second-degree kidnapping, not for ransom.

Michael Patrick Flory, 34, of Mullen, was arrested and booked for lewd conduct with a child under the age of 16 years old.
