Flathead’s walk-off win over Glacier felt like more than just a wild finish — it was a moment the Braves could feel building all game.
Even after watching a big lead disappear, there wasn’t panic in the dugout. There was energy, belief, and a group that stayed loose in a game that kept swinging back and forth.
Talking with Dillon Wink, Eli Coopman, Hunter Fann and head coach Richard Burland afterward, the tone was the same across the board. The Braves knew how big the moment was but never let it get too big. They trusted each other, trusted their approach, and waited for their chance.
When it came in the final inning, they didn’t miss it. From Coopman sparking the rally to Wink’s final swing, it felt like a team ready for that stage.
It wasn’t perfect, but it didn’t need to be. Flathead showed fight, stayed together, and in the end, delivered when it mattered most.
