Law roundup: Dirt bike rider allegedly flees from police

Someone riding a black and dark blue dirt bike into oncoming traffic allegedly fled from Kalispell Police officers attempting to stop him. The dirt bike was described as having a large silver muffler on the left side and the driver was wearing blue jeans, a gray jacket and a black and white helmet with a clear visor.
Officers responded to a report of a 13-year-old riding a small “scooter bike” who was doing burnouts on the sidewalk. Officers had him head home.
A father was playing with his son at a park playground when a man dressed in black allegedly sat down at a nearby picnic table and started smoking meth.
Officers received a call from a manager alleging that a man was showing a gun to people, possibly minors, who were buying alcohol from him.
A resident, fed up with being the target of two boys’ ongoing pranks, called the police alleging that 13-year-olds were throwing cheese slices at her house, yelling at her while she was outside, playing ding dong ditch and banging on her windows at night. She didn't know who they were but said she had video of them banging on her windows and saw them run away on Woodland Avenue.
A maroon sedan purportedly backed into a rock in a neighbor’s yard and was driving all over the road and between lanes.
A stepparent looking for help called the police when they didn’t know what to do about their aggressive teen, who reportedly tested positive for a substance, slammed the door on the dog and then began hitting the animal.
Extra patrols were requested around a location where a person had been sleeping on a porch the previous night.
A man and woman were allegedly using needles to shoot up drugs in a motel parking lot by a passerby. When they realized they had been spotted, they sped off in a dark colored pickup, almost hitting their truck.
