The caller believed the man on Central Avenue who was falling down and mumbling was “higher than a kite.”
Reportedly, there is an ongoing issue with the neighbor’s “ankle biter dogs” on Mountain Brook Lane at large.
A motor home on East Second Street was egged at night.
April 12
A driver on Wisconsin Avenue was cited for speeding and failing to carry registration and failing to carry proof of insurance.
The dog that was missing was found.
The caller walked his dog and was attacked by another dog on Saint Moritz Drive.
April 13
Reportedly, there is an ongoing issue at the dog park with two younger males letting their dogs run free and chase people. The caller believed the males were doing drugs in their vehicle. Upon investigation, no drug paraphernalia was found and the men were advised to keep control of the dogs.
Two males were reportedly banging and knocking on a sliding glass door on Lupfer Avenue.
April 14
A citizen on Ashar Avenue was concerned about maintenance proceedings outdoors possibly hitting a gas or electric line.
Someone found a black and white setter and made all the proper arrangements to find the owner.
April 16
The driver of a black truck pulled out in front of the caller and flipped him off before turning onto Highway 40.
A reportedly drunk male with erratic behavior nearly hit a vehicle in a parking lot.
April 17
Someone on Saint Moritz Drive wanted information about a dog bite.
It seemed like a man was checking door handles on vehicles around 11 p.m. on Central Avenue. Turned out, he was distributing fliers for an upcoming event. He was advised of the handbill ordinance.
