Army Private Timothy A. Brashear, 21, son of Mr. and Mrs. Joe Brashear, Clark Fork, has completed a helicopter repair course at the Army Transportation School, Ft. Eustis, Va. Pvt. Brashear, a 1972 Clark Fork High graduate, entered the Army in Sept. 1975.

BREWSTER ADDED TO REALTY STAFF
Resort Realty of Sandpoint announces the addition of Chuck Brewster to their staff. Brewster, a graduate of California State of Sonoma, Calif., is president of the newly formed Sandpoint Multiple Listing Service and vice president of the Boundary Board of Realtors. Brewster and his wife Carol, who have just moved into a new home in the Sagle area, are the proud parents of twin daughters, Jennifer Ann and Sherene Marie, born April 3, 1976.

VFW POST AND AUXILIARY ELECT
Sandpoint VFW Post and Auxiliary held election of officers April 21. Post officers are Paul Loman, Cmdr.; Maurice De Mers, Sr. Vice Cmdr.; John Panter, Jr. Vice Cmdr.; Norman Bolstad, Chaplain; Gene Saunders, Quartermaster; Deuane Leonard, Judge Advocate; Palmer Fiksdal, Surgeon; Ervin Dingman, 3-Year Trustee. The Auxiliary’s new president elect is Alice Lacey; Sr. Vice President is Georgia Leonard; Jr. Vice President, Florence Wilson; Treasurer, Arlene Smith; Chaplin, Fairy Schoonover; Conductress, Ruth Danielson; Guard, Della Clark; Trustee No. 3 Hazel Porter.

Mr. and Mrs. Ernest Jeffres are the proud owners of a new ’51 Plymouth car.
Marvin Hines, who was recently inducted into the service, is stationed in Virginia.
Earl Reed is working at the Cabinet Gorge dam.
The Earl Reeds have purchased a ’37 Plymouth car.

EIDAM IN AIR FORCE
Arnold J. Eidam, son of Mr. and Mrs. A.C. Eidam, enlisted in the air force for four years and is now at Lackland AFB at San Antonio, Tex., awaiting assignment to aviation cadet school.

NEWS FROM CLARK FORK by Anna M. White
Since work began on the Cabinet gorge dam, the grade school enrollment has increased materially. Sixty-one new pupils entered the grades, 46 in the primary room, creating a real problem. Next school term, the seventh and eighth grades will transfer to the high school to make room for the increased enrollment in the lower grades. There will be four high school teachers and one part-time instructor. There will be four teachers for the first six grades.
