Dear citizens of Bonner County,

The members of The Fraternal Order of Police, Panhandle Lodge No. 15, are pleased to announce our endorsement of Asia Williams in her re-election campaign for Bonner County Commissioner, District 2.

Our organization comprises members from the law enforcement community who live and work in Bonner County and the surrounding area. We belong to the largest organization of sworn law enforcement officers in the world, totaling more than 377,000 members and over 2,000 local lodges. Our mission is to promote causes that benefit law enforcement and the broader community.

Commissioner Williams has earned our endorsement through her unwavering support of Sheriff's Office employees, her consistent efforts to improve employee benefits while reducing taxpayer costs, and her willingness to engage with our organization.

During her tenure as Bonner County Commissioner, she has been committed to improving compensation and benefits for Bonner County employees while maintaining fiscal responsibility. Her work on implementing a comprehensive pay scale, which improved transparency and employee morale, is one example of this.

She is currently working to implement further policy changes that will reduce county expenditure, while simultaneously improving benefits for county employees.

Commissioner Williams has shown us a willingness to engage with her constituents. When we recently proposed meeting with her, she responded promptly and agreed to meet with our representatives.

We hope the people of Bonner County will join us in supporting Commissioner Williams and help us re-elect her as Bonner County Commissioner.
