This list shows current inmates who were arrested by Grant County law enforcement agencies on Aug. 1 through 3 as of Monday afternoon. Grant County inmates are housed at the Grant County Jail. All subjects are innocent until proven guilty by the court of law.

Russell Hunter Dees, 34, booked by Soap Lake Police Dept., Quincy Police Dept. and Ephrata Police Dept. for two Grant County Superior Court warrants, residential burglary and Dept. Of Corrections arrest and detention order.  

Julian Quintero, 44, booked by Moses Lake Police Dept. for fourth-degree assault – domestic violence and Grant County Superior Court warrant.  

Justin Alexzander Davis, 21, booked by Ephrata Police Dept. for fourth-degree assault – domestic violence.

Ramon David Noggles, 49, booked by Grant County Sheriff's Office for violation of no contact or protection order.  

John Daniel Love, 38, booked by Moses Lake Police Dept. for possession of a stolen vehicle.  

Lizeth Paniagua, 36, booked by Grant County Sheriff's Office for fourth-degree assault – domestic violence. 

Samuel Abisai Montoya, 18, booked by Quincy Police Dept. for fourth-degree assault – domestic violence, harassment and second-degree malicious mischief – domestic violence. 

Breeze Edward Bevington, 50, booked by Soap Lake Police Dept. for second-degree burglary. 

Pedro Luis Cobian, 38, booked by Washington State Patrol for DUI, first-degree driving with license suspended and operation or a motor vehicle without an ignition interlock device.  

Alfonso Vargas Pedregon, 21, booked by Royal City Police Dept. for DUI.
