Upon conclusion of the hearing, the Board shall fix and determine the appropriation from each fund contained in the 2026-27 budget and shall, by resolution, adopt the 2026-27 budget, the four-year budget plan summary, and the four-year enrollment projection. The Housing Authority of Grant County has developed the following plans: HUD PHA Plan 2027 & Capital Fund Program Budget 2027 – 2031 (collectively, “the plans”), which it intends to implement on January 1, 2027.  The plans, required by the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development, outline goals and objectives for the covered period.  The plans will be available for public review from August 4, 2026, through September 21, 2026, at 12:30 P.M. at the Housing Authority office, located at 1139 Larson Boulevard in Moses Lake, WA.
