LAKELAND HIGH SCHOOL Lakeland High teacher Colleen Hall was present the Wes Lowe Memorial Award during Tuesday's Idaho High School Hall of Fame Banquet at the Boise Centre in Boise. The award is given to an individual who teaches high principles by example and who places students' well being far above personal gain. Hall is pictured with Lakeland athletic director Matt Neff.
