Stadden named Kootenai Valley Quilter of Year

The Kootenai Valley Quilt Guild's 2026 Quilter of the Year is Robin Stadden.

Guild members describe Stadden as a valued member of the guild, very helpful and willing to help others. She makes beautiful quilts and she has shared her expertise with many of guild members. 

Stadden has served on numerous committees, helped make raffle quilts and opened up her home to help sew a raffle quilt. She also helped with the design and showed a new technique to make triangles.  

She has her own long arm and has used it to quilt donation quilts for others at no cost to anyone except herself. She has been a loyal vendor at quilt shows.
