UNWIND 

The Kalispell Chamber of Commerce UNWIND Business After Hours is Aug. 11 at 5 p.m. at the Daily Inter Lake, 727 E. Idaho St., Kalispell. Each month's UNWIND is hosted at a different Discover Kalispell Chamber member business, highlighting and giving them the chance to show off while affording attendees the opportunity to rub shoulders with other business professionals.

Join Montana West Economic Development on Aug. 11 from 8:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. for Risk Mitigation: Reduce Owner Dependency and Financial Risk. Learn to identify and reduce owner dependency; address legal, financial and operational risks; and build risk mitigation into daily operations. The event takes place at the Wachholz Innovation and Entrepreneurship Center at Flathead Valley Community College, 715 Grandview, Kalispell.  

AI Advantage 

The Kalispell Chamber of Commerce is hosting the AI Advantage, a quarterly workshop series free to members that features a one-hour program from a leading expert in the field of artificial intelligence, paired with a hands-on approach designed to help information apply directly to businesses. Brew x Build

Brew x Build is a monthly gathering for entrepreneurs and the people who support them, hosted by the Wachholz Innovation and Entrepreneurship Center at FVCC. The next one is Aug. 12 from 8:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. Each month, a local entrepreneur shares an honest look at where they are, what they are navigating and where the community could help. Then the room responds with something better than advice: skills, connections and resources. 

Marketing and Branding 

Flathead Industries, in partnership with the Kalispell Chamber of Commerce, is offering a five-part Marketing & Branding Workshop Series designed to help local businesses strengthen their presence, reach and impact.  The series begins Aug. 13 at 11 a.m. at the chamber office, 2 S. Main St.  

Business Buzz

The Whitefish Chamber of Commerce's Let's Be Bold event is Aug. 13 from 11:45 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Stockman Bank Whitefish. Let's Be Bold is an informal, bring-your-own-lunch event where businesswomen get together to share experiences, ideas, failures and successes and to mentor, inspire, support and bring out the best in each other. 

Sundowner

The Bigfork Chamber of Commerce holds its Sundowner on Aug. 13 at 5 p.m. at Sliters Lumber and Building Supply, 8050 Montana 35, Bigfork.  Plan to attend and network with business professionals in the community and hear about upcoming events.
