City of Moses Lake Notice of Public Hearing, Application Optional DNS Shoreline Conditional Use Permit The City of Moses Lake received an application from Dutch Bros Create parking lot and drive lane to better serve the existing Dutch Bros. Build a +(-) 25x50 storage Building to serve the Dutch Bros. No water or sewer required. Provide a 400-amp electrical service. Remodel the existing Dutch bros. Add a walk-in cooler to the Northeast side of the Dutch bros building. (Outside of the building). Upgrade electrical service of the existing Dutch Bros. Building from 200 amp to 400 amp. The purpose of the project is to eliminate car congestion around the Dutch Bros. Coffee stand. Create storage space to serve the stand. Remodel the existing stand to make the business flow better and replace the walk-in cooler on the inside of the store with a new walk-in cooler on the exterior. Environmental review is required for this project.
