Libby Legion hosting huckleberry pancake breakfast Saturday

The American Legion Auxiliary Austin Reedy Unit 97 invites the public to their annual Huckleberry Pancake Breakfast. 

This annual event coincides with the Ignite the Nites car show in downtown Libby on Saturday, Aug. 15.

The annual fundraiser helps support the American Legion Auxiliary’s mission of supporting the American Legion and to honor the sacrifice of those who serve by enhancing the lives of our veterans, military and their families, both at home and abroad. For God and country, we advocate for veterans, educate our citizens, mentor youth and promote patriotism, good citizenship, peace, and security.

This year’s event will be from 8:30 am to noon Saturday at the American Legion located at 319 California St. Enjoy huckleberry or plain pancakes, scrambled eggs, sausage, fruit, juice and coffee. Adults eat for $10, 12-and-under for $5 and 5-and-under are free.

While you are checking out the car show, plan to stop by for breakfast and support the American Legion Auxiliary’s critical mission here in the community for the past 106 years.
