NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of County Commissioners of Mineral County, Montana will conduct public hearings for the purpose of considering the final budget for fiscal year 2026-2027 (FY27); setting FY27 County mill levies; the proposed use of statutory levy authority for the County’s health insurance plan, retirement levy and special districts which include the St. Regis Lighting District, St. Regis Park and West End Lighting District. The budget will be placed on file and open to public inspection in the Clerk and Recorders office, Mineral County Courthouse on August 26, 2026.
