NO. 32267 NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Board of Commissioners of Flathead County, Montana, hereby gives notice, pursuant to Section 76-2-205(8), M.C.A., that it will hold a public hearing to consider a request from Jim Roth to amend the text of the Flathead County Zoning Regulations (FCZR). The request seeks to add marijuana-associated uses as conditional uses in the B-1, B-3, B-5, B-6, BS, and BM-2 zones, and as permitted uses in B-2, B-4, I-1, and I-1H zones. The proposal includes the creation of a new Section 5.15 Marijuana, establishing operational, odor, ventilation, lighting, and environmental control standards for all marijuana facilities, and adding corresponding definitions in Section 8.13. The proposed text amendment is attached as Exhibit A.
