St. Ignatius Seniors: Learn about the Salty Six

Learn about “The Salty 6” created by the American Heart Association. It names six salty foods that add hidden and high levels of sodium in our diet. Among the surprise culprits: breads and rolls, pizza, sandwiches, cold cuts and cured meats, canned soup and burritos and tacos. Check it out at www.heart.org.

Everyone is welcome at our meals (young and old). Come enjoy a delicious meal and good conversation. If you want a take-out meal, please call 406-745-4462 by 10 a.m. on Tuesday and Friday and by 2 p.m. on the first and third Wednesday; lunch is served at noon Tuesday and Friday and 5:30 p.m. Wednesdays. Menus for the month are available in the entryway.
The main dishes for the upcoming week include stew with frybread, Friday, Aug. 14; pizza and salad, Tuesday, Aug. 18; ham and baked beans, Wednesday, Aug. 19; and hamburger gravy with rice, Aug. 21. Milk is available at all meals.
