The Police Police Foundation announced on Thursday, Aug. 6, that it received a $5,500 donation from Unity Bank.

The press release stated that this contribution to the foundation will help provide equipment, training, community safety programs and other resources that strengthen the Polson Police Department and the community it serves.

The foundation is a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting the Polson Police Department through funding equipment, training, officer wellness, public safety education and community programs that go beyond what a regular municipal budget can provide.

“We are incredibly grateful to Unity Bank for investing in the safety and well-being of our community,” stated Brady Phenicie, president of the foundation. “This $5,500 donation will make a meaningful difference and help us continue supporting programs and resources that may not be covered by the city’s regular budget.”

The release further stated that this donation reflects Unity Bank’s commitment to supporting local organizations and building stronger communities. Partnerships with community-minded businesses allow the foundation to expand its work and respond to needs for the police department.

“Support like this shows what is possible when local businesses and community organizations work together,” Phenicie added. “We sincerely thank Unity Bank and its employees for believing in our mission and supporting those who work every day to keep Polson safe.”
