PUBLIC NOTICE REQUEST FOR LANDSCAPE CONTRACTOR ROSTER QUALIFICATIONS Grant County Public Hospital District No. 1, Samaritan Healthcare, is establishing a roster of qualified landscape contractors to provide services at Samaritan Healthcare facilities in Moses Lake, Washington. Anticipated services may include landscape maintenance, irrigation system repairs and modifications, planting, turf restoration, tree and shrub care, site cleanup, landscape improvements, and other related work as requested by Samaritan Healthcare. Interested contractors should provide the following: · Company name and primary contact information · Washington State contractor license and UBI number · Description of relevant experience and available services · References for comparable commercial or institutional work · Confirmation of applicable insurance and bonding capacity · Information regarding the firm’s ability to comply with prevailing-wage and other public-works requirements, when applicable Experience working at healthcare, institutional, or continuously occupied facilities is preferred.
