SUMMARY OF ORDINANCE NO.1441  Public Parking     AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANDPOINT, A MUNICIPAL CORPORATION OF THE STATE OF IDAHO, AMENDING SANDPOINT CITY CODE SECTIONS 6-1-4-1 PROHIBITED PARKING, 6-1-4-2 COMPLIANCE WITH PARKING REGULATIONS AND 6-2 PUBLIC PARKING REGULATIONS; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; AND ESTABLISHING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.    Following is a summary of the provisions of Ordinance No. 1441  Ordinance Section 1 amends City Code Sections 6-1-4-1, 6-1-4-2, and Chapter 6-2 of the Sandpoint City Code relating to public parking regulations. The ordinance updates the City’s parking code to reflect the current parking management program, including metered and nonmetered parking, paid parking, parking permits, parking kiosks, mobile payment systems, license plate-based parking, and boat launch parking.  The ordinance also updates parking definitions, enforcement procedures, and compliance requirements, authorizes the City Council to establish parking rates, time limits, permit types, and other parking regulations by resolution. Violations are subject to a civil penalty. Violations that are unpaid or where more than three (3) violations occur in any one month, may be prosecuted as an infraction with affine not to exceed one hundred dollars ($100.00).   Ordinance Section 2 provides for repeal and severability.  Ordinance Section 3 provides for publication and an effective date.  This publication is a summary of the full Ordinance and is being published pursuant to Idaho Code Section 50-901A. ORDINANCE NO. 242 Fiscal Year 2027 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF KOOTENAI, BONNER COUNTY, IDAHO, A MUNICIPAL CORPORATION OF THE STATE OF IDAHO, ENTITLED THE ANNUAL APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING OCTOBER 1, 2026; APPROPRIATING $640,300 TO DEFRAY THE EXPENSES AND LIABILITIES OF THE CITY OF KOOTENAI, IDAHO, FOR SAID YEAR PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF IDAHO CODE; LEVYING A SUFFICIENT TAX UPON THE TAXABLE PROPERTY WITHIN SAID CITY FOR GENERAL REVENUE PURPOSES FOR WHICH SUCH APPROPRIATION IS MADE; AND, PROVIDING FOR THE PUBLICATION OF THIS ORDINANCE.
