MINERAL COUNTY FLOODPLAIN DEVELOPMENT PERMIT PUBLIC NOTICE – August 19, 2026 The Mineral County Environmental Health and Planning Department has received a Floodplain Development Permit application from St. Regis DG, LLC (Kirk Farrelly) for property located in St. Regis, MT, Section 24, Township 18N, Range 28W, P.M.M., Mineral County, Montana, pursuant to the Mineral County Floodplain Regulations. The property is identified by Geocode 54-2743-24-4-13-50-0000. The proposed project consists of constructing a commercial building on a vacant commercial lot in St. Regis. The proposal includes placement of fill to elevate the structure and floor elevation a minimum of two feet above the base flood elevation.
