District must remain true to volunteer roots

This letter is in regard to North Bench Volunteer Fire District.

The district is supposed to be volunteer help, right down to the fire chief. We pay enough for fire dues and now the board wants more. They want all this stuff that we can't afford.

We see the fire chief driving the fire pickup around when it doesn't pertain to the department for his for his own use, which is wrong.

Putting this on our taxes is going to break us homeowners and the board doesn't care as long as get their wants. These are not needs.
