Hayden Homes pledges money to nonprofit organizations

Central Oregon-based homebuilder Hayden Homes, along with 16 other homebuilders, is participating in a national effort to raise $10 million over the next two years for nonprofit organizations. 

The Builders Giving Challenge Initiative focuses on strengthening communities, expanding housing access and improving lives nationwide. 

Hayden Homes, which has a local office on Tubbs Hill Drive in Coeur d'Alene, committed $65,000 in donations and sponsorships to nonprofit organizations across the Inland Northwest Region in the second quarter of 2026. 

Tesh Inc., a developmental disability agency serving children and adults in Kootenai County, received a $2,500 donation. 

“Homebuilders build more than houses — we build homes that strengthen the local economies and build strong communities,” said Vice President of Hayden Homes Deb Flagan. “This challenge highlights the incredible work homebuilders contribute at a local level while showing the collective impact our industry contributes nationally.” 

Established in Redmond, Ore., in 1989, Hayden Homes has contributed $7.7 billion to local economies and created more than 112,000 jobs.
