Sandpoint High's starting quarterback Logan Iverson receives a snap in the team's home-opening victory on Friday at War Memorial Field. Bulldogs narrowly escaped with a victory over the Twin Falls Bruins 36-34 thanks to a two-point conversion stop with 22 seconds left on the clock. Iverson was a breakout star for Sandpoint, throwing for over 330 yards and four touchdowns in the win. Three of those touchdowns were caught by senior Swiss-army knife Brock Yarbrough, who caught 11 passes for 124 yards. Jack Schriber led the Bulldogs in tackles with nine and grabbed the team's first of two interceptions, while adding 39 receiving yards on four catches on offense.
