ISP seeking witnesses to Highway 53 crash

Idaho State Police responded to a two-vehicle injury crash on Highway 53 at Prairie Avenue about 3:15 p.m. Wednesday.

The crash involved a gold Chevrolet Tahoe that was eastbound and a silver pickup pulling a trailer that turned eastbound from Highway 53 onto Prairie Avenue. The trailer was reported to be hauling a small excavator, a press release said.

The pickup and trailer left the scene after the collision, according to the release.
