ATHLETE OF THE WEEK: Ian Lamanna, Priest River Boys Basketball

This week's Athlete of the Week is Ian Lamanna of Priest River Boys Basketball.

A senior guard standing at 5 feet 9 inches tall, Ian recorded a career-high 34 points (11-25 FG, 11-13 FT), including a 3-pointer, and had six steals, three rebounds and two assists to help lift the Spartans to an 80-63 victory over Newport during the Battle of the Border spirit competition. The standout shooter, known for driving the lane, is averaging 16.9 points per game so far this season and also had 20 points and two steals against Kellogg earlier in the week.
