Fagan, a 5-foot-6 junior guard, is averaging 9.5 points, 1.5 assists and 2.5 rebounds per game for the Hawks this season. “She shows up — every open gym, every practice, every extra workout — and is always asking for more time in the gym to get shots up,” Lakeland coach Caelyn Caufield said. “She leads with humility and embraces any role or challenge I ask of her, whether that’s locking in defensively, being an offensive threat, or stepping in as our backup point guard. Her growth this year has been tremendous, and she never settles.”
