NO. 31839 The City of Kalispell Floodplain Administrator has received the following Floodplain Development Permit application: A request was submitted by Stillwater Residential LLC for a floodplain development permit to install a stormwater outfall structure on the streambank to discharge treated stormwater from the proposed multi-family project into the river. The structure will include a 24” buried pipe, flared end outlet located above the ordinary highwater elevation, and riprap outlet protection to prevent streambank erosion downslope of the outlet.
