Sheila Kay Jelleff Uhde was known by all for being an extremely caring, friendly, funny, and intelligent person. Unfortunately, on Feb. 2, 2026, at age 52, while at Logan Health Medical Center, she passed on to the other side.
Born on Oct. 13, 1973, in Kalispell, to Rocky Jelleff and Kathryn Henn. She shared a life being the oldest of nine. Her siblings being Marsha, Aaron, Kate, Joseph, Mark, Vanessa, Samantha, Olivia, and many friends whom she saw as her siblings. She graduated from Columbia Falls High School in 1992 while being very active within the community. Afterwards she spent her time living throughout the Flathead Valley and had six kids named Tyler, Jacob, Kayla, Elissa, Aaron and Sarahlynn.
Sheila was known for always having the need to learn more about the world and trying to help as many people as she could. She didn't go one day without listening to a documentary, reading, or talking about her theories to those around her. She expressed her love through acts of service and wanted to give back as much as she could while also being a doting mother to her children. She was always trying to make the best out of any situation. She had a passion for dragons, history, faith, fantasy, romance, rocks and anything to do with Egypt. She enjoyed collecting books and taking as many notes as she could while reading those books.
Sheila had a strong connection with God and always loved to share her faith. Knowing she's now with him, having all of the questions she could ever imagine answered, and is no longer in pain, gives those who loved her a sense of comfort.
A ceremony/viewing to celebrate her life will be held at the Church of Christ of Latter-day Saints in Columbia Falls, on Feb. 12 at 2 pm. A livestream will also be provided. Columbia Mortuary in Columbia Falls is caring for the family.
