Highway 95, Worley, ID, ATTN: Tyrone Daniels until 4:00 p.m. Pacific Time, beginning on February 5, 2026 until February 19, 2026, for qualification statements from engineering firms experienced with testing, design, and rehabilitation of sewage lagoons. Description of the Work: Evaluate the unlined sewer lagoons in accordance with the State of Idaho Department of Environmental Quality’s “Guidance for Evaluating Wastewater Lagoon Seepage Rates.” Measure and record groundwater infiltration and lagoon overflow during the spring months (April to May). Prepare a Preliminary Engineering Report (PER), within a four-month time frame (following the spring measurement), detailing evaluation methods and results, proposed solutions, environmental impact, analysis, cost estimates, life cycle cost analysis, and consideration of alternative options. Address existing damage and provide solutions to prevent future damage. This solicitation is subject to the laws and regulations of the Coeur d’Alene Tribe. The Tribal Business License Act, Tribal Employments Rights Ordinance (TERO, the Works Protection Act), and Land Use Ordinance are in effect on the Coeur d’Alene Reservation.
