“Babes to Broadway”– 7 p.m. Feb. 13-14 at Polson High School Auditorium; 60 K-8 students present a musical celebration of America's 250th anniversary. The musical is written and produced by the Port Polson Players' directors, Neal and Karen Lewing, and features Ronan's Cathy Gillhouse on piano. Tickets are available at the door.
Flathead Lake International Cinema Festival – Feb. 13-15, with encores Feb. 16-19 at the Showboat Stadium 6 in Polson; FLIC is Polson’s independent, international film festival from across the globe. Polson Friends of the Library Book Sale – Feb. 20-21 in the community room of the North Lake County Public Library; the Polson Friends of the Library offers a huge selection of used books and media from 10 a.m.-4 p.m. Friday and 10 a.m.-3 p.m. Saturday.
David Thompson in Montana – 1-3 p.m. Feb. 21 at the Ninepipes Museum; Doug Stevens presents a history of the travels of fur trader and map maker David Thompson. Stevens will host a Q&A after the talk, with refreshments.
Glacier Brewing Company Chili Cook-Off – 1-4 p.m. Feb. 22 at Glacier Brewing Company; registration is open until Feb. 15, with an entry fee of $10. This event is open to the public, and first, second, and third-place prizes will be awarded.
