NO. 31833 Libby School District #4 is requesting proposals from qualified contractors for the evaluation, recommended resurfacing procedure, and resurfacing of an existing 400-meter, 8-lane running track at the Libby Middle/High School, 150 Education Way, Libby, Montana.
