On February 9, 2026, NW Services, LLC (“NW Services”), submitted its finalized Application for Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity (“Application”) with the Montana Public Service Commission (“Commission”). In its Application, NW Services requests to provide roll-off dumpster services for construction and residential waste between all points and places within Flathead County. 2.
