Jordan Magnuson, 34

Jordan was born Sept. 26, 1991, in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho, to Ross and Kristine Magnuson. 

She was raised in Coeur d'Alene and attended Borah Elementary School, Canfield Middle School, and graduated from Coeur d’Alene High School. She moved to Portland, Ore., and attended Portland Community College. She then moved to Albuquerque, N.M., and completed her bachelor’s degree at the University of New Mexico, majoring in psychology, and graduated Summa Cum Laude. She worked at a Neuroscience clinic as a psychometrist while simultaneously attending graduate school and pursuing a master’s degree in social work. 

Jordan loved animals and had many pets, with her favorite being her little boy, Ollie. She was also an incredibly talented DJ and artist, celebrated by her friends and community across all of the cities she resided in. 

She is preceded in death by her mother, Kristine. Jordan is survived by her father, Ross Magnuson; aunts, Christy Magnuson and Diana Mylan; Grandmother, Jan Guenther; and cousins, Josh Mylan, Ryan Mylan, Kory Mylan and Amy Mylan. 

A celebration of life will be held at English Funeral Chapel in Coeur d’Alene on Saturday, Feb. 21, 2026, at 1 p.m. with a reception to follow.
