Judith Anne Billings (Moses) was born Jan. 2, 1943, in Port Huron, Mich., to Chester and Cosette (Henderson) Moses. She passed away peacefully of natural causes Jan. 19, 2026, in Post Falls, Idaho.

Known lovingly as Judy to her family and friends, she met the love of her life, Robert (Bob) Donald Billings, in 1961 while working at a small café. It was truly love at first sight. They were married the following year on July 7, 1962, and together built a wonderful life. Judy and Bob welcomed two children, Robert and Randi, while living in California, and later moved to Washington in 1969 in search of better opportunities. Daughters Wendy and Vikki joined the family in the years that followed. Judy and Bob shared many joyful years of marriage until Bob’s passing in 2023.

Throughout her life, Judy worked in various jobs, but her most cherished role was as a Certified Nursing Assistant. She truly had a heart for caring for others, both inside and outside her profession. Judy also spent several years lovingly caring for her own parents as they aged, considering that time a great blessing.

Judy was a woman with strong faith and love for the Lord. She enjoyed crocheting, reading, and most of all, spending time with her beloved family. She deeply treasured her friendships and felt the loss of many dear friends over the years, carrying their memories close to her heart.

Judy was preceded in death by her parents, Chester and Cosette Moses; siblings Lois Pardee, Nancy Miltenberger, and Chester Moses; and her devoted husband, Robert Billings.

She is survived by her children: Robert Dwayne Billings of Vancouver, Wash.; Randi Malloy of Bandon, Ore.; Wendy Billings of Olympia, Wash.; and Vikki Malloy of Spirit Lake, Idaho. She also leaves behind 15 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren, who will continue to honor her memory and legacy of love.

A memorial service will be held on April 11, 2026, at noon at Equipt Ministries (3643 W Daugharty Loop) in Hayden, Idaho.
