Carol (Stegall) Roda, 86, passed away on Jan. 20, 2026, at Kalispell Regional Hospital from natural causes.
Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. on Feb. 27 at Buffalo Hill Funeral Home, located at 1890 U.S. 93 N. in Kalispell. A graveside service will follow immediately at Bigfork Community Cemetery.
Carol was born on Sept. 11, 1939, in Tulsa, Oklahoma. She graduated from high school in 1957 and later completed an associate degree. She was married to Richard H. Roda for 32 years.
Carol began her career with Southern Bell Telephone Company as a switchboard operator and later worked for many years as a secretary in the oil and gas industry.
She enjoyed spending time with family and friends, gardening, yard work, quilting, playing bridge and caring for her dogs.
Carol is survived by her sister, Kay Rodricks; her children, Stan Henderson, Katha Penny, Rick Roda, Jon Roda and Karin (Roda) Dumont; her grandchildren, Jana, D’Ann, Kara, Sean, Rylie, Sydney, Richard and Sophie; and her great-grandchildren, Dana, Grant, Aaron, Gideon, Dean, Hazel, Murrough and Mary.
