NO. 31823 NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING PRELIMINARY PLAT  The Board of Commissioners of Flathead County, Montana hereby gives notice, pursuant to Section 76-3-503, M.C.A., that it will hold a public hearing to consider the preliminary plat request of Lakeside Homes Subdivision, a proposal to create ten (10) single-family residential lots on property totaling 3.04 acres located along Bill Road in Lakeside, Montana. The property can be legally described as: Lots 23 and 24 of (Correction) Amended Plat of Lots 23, 24, 25, 26, 27 & 28 of Savage Lakeside Lots located in the Southwest Quarter of Government Lot 4 in Section 7, Township 26 North, Range 20 West, P.M.M., Flathead County, Montana.  Documents related to the preliminary plat request will be available for public inspection at the Office of the Board of Commissioners, 800 South Main, Room 302, Kalispell, Montana, the Flathead County Planning and Zoning Office, 40 11th Street West, Kalispell, Montana, and on the Flathead County Planning and Zoning Office website at: https://flatheadcounty.gov/department-directory/planning-zoning/draft-documents.  The public hearing will be held on the 3rd day of March, 2026, at 10 o’clock a.m. in the Commissioners’ Chambers, Third Floor, Old Courthouse, Kalispell, Montana.
