REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS  LINCOLN COUNTY  KEELER CREEK TEMPORARY BRIDGE PROJECT    Pursuant to the authority granted to it under MCA Title 7, Chapter 5, Part 43, Lincoln County is requesting proposals for construction services and materials for the Keeler Creek Temporary Bridge Project. Extensive damage to Lake Creek Road at the crossing of Keeler Creek was recently experienced due to winter flooding. The intent of this project is to design and construct a temporary bridge to re-establish travel until a permanent solution can be implemented. This procurement seeks a design-build team to provide integrated design and construction services for the project.    Separate sealed Proposals will be received by Lincoln County at 512 California Avenue, Libby, MT 59923 until 10:30 am local time on Wednesday, March 11th, 2026, and then publicly opened and read aloud at 11:00 am.  Late bids will not be accepted.     The project generally consists of the following: (1) Design of a new one-lane temporary bridge including required structural loading calculations and construction plans, (2) Construction and installation of the new bridge, and (3) Permitting support and coordination with Lincoln County.
