ATHLETE OF THE WEEK: Jordyn Tomco, Sandpoint Girls Basketball

This week's Athlete of the Week is Jordyn Tomco of Sandpoint Girls Basketball.

A 5-foot-10-inch junior guard, Jordyn produced a game-high 32 points — one off her career-high — on 11-for-18 shooting and had three 3-pointers, four rebounds and three steals to help Sandpoint defeat Blackfoot by a score of 53-50 in a 5A State Championship tournament semifinals game. The standout sharpshooter finished the season with averages of 15 points, 4.1 rebounds, 1.3 assists, and 2.6 steals per contest.
