Nonprofit hosts annual fundraiser

CDAIDE’s Eighth Annual Care Affair supporting local hospitality workers is on April 16 at The Coeur d'Alene Resort.
It’s the nonprofit's signature fundraising gala, supporting restaurant and hospitality workers facing unexpected hardships.
“Funding has been challenging for many nonprofits in recent years, and CDAIDE is no exception,” said Executive Director Jason Nye. “When our community shows up for the Care Affair, it directly impacts families who are at risk of losing housing. We truly can’t do this without them.”
Proceeds from last year’s gala helped more than 150 hospitality workers and their families.
This year's Care Affair includes live music, a no-host bar, appetizers, a buffet dinner and silent and live auctions.
Tickets are $75.
