ADVERTISEMENT FOR PRE-QUALIFICATION OF BIDDERS Southside Water and Sewer District Sagle, Idaho Construction of a Water Operations Building General Notice Southside Water and Sewer District (Owner) is requesting Qualification Statements from prospective Bidders for the construction of the following Project in accordance with Idaho Code § 67-2805(3)(b): Construction of a Water Operations Building State Revolving Fund DW2324 Bidders are required to prequalify to the requirements described in the Instruction to Bidders. Qualification Statements for the construction of the Project will be received at the office of the Southside Water and Sewer District located at 102 S. 4th Avenue, Suite A, Sandpoint, Idaho, until the 6th day of March 2026 at 2:30 PM local time. NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that a public hearing pursuant to Idaho Code §50-1306A has been set for the Dover City Council on March 18, 2026, AT 7:00 P.M. at Dover City Hall, 699 Lakeshore Ave., Dover, to consider the following: FILE #VAC01-26 – PETITION TO VACATE ALLEYWAY: COURTNEY WIMMER-BECK AND BENJAMIN WIMMER have petitioned the City of Dover to vacate (abandon) a portion of public alley adjoining their property on 3rd Street. The petitioners are requesting vacation of a 16-foot wide by 125-foot long public alley located in Block 3 of Welty Addition. The strip of land was dedicated to the public in 1908 but was never developed for a roadway, the petition states. The petitioners also request the alleyway, once vacated, revert to them as adjoining landowners to the alley. The right-of-way and property are located in Section 32, Township 57 North, Range 2 West, B.M. The public is encouraged to attend the hearing or provide written response. Any written comment greater than 1 page must be submitted at least 6 days prior to the hearing. Written material not exceeding 1 page may be read into the record the day of the hearing.
