Patrick "Pat" Bekier, 51, passed away Monday, Feb. 9, 2026, in the early morning hours at Logan Health Medical Center in Kalispell. He suffered a massive stroke that took his life!

He was born on Monday, May 7, 1974, at Kalispell Regional Hospital. As a young boy, Pat enjoyed a happy childhood, he was always laughing — he had a beautiful smile! He grew up in Eureka, then moved to Kalispell with the family and graduated from Flathead High School in 1992!

Patrick was born to Sylvester "Shorty" and Linda Bekier. To this union he had an older brother Martin and sister Tammy! That completed our family. We were very happy and Pat had a wonderful life alongside his siblings.

As a young man he had many jobs, but the one he worked at the longest was Dollar-Rent-A-Car for 10 years! He then came over and worked with his dad and brother at Bekier Auto Sales (our family business) for his remaining years. It was his business and he loved it so. He also resided at our family home, which he dearly loved!

Patrick is survived by his mother, Linda, brother, Martin and sister-in-law, Sarah, and his four children, Shawn, Ethan, Gavin and Savannah, who he loved and cherished every day! He was a wonderful son, brother, father, and friend to many and will be sadly missed by all!

He also had a wonderful group of friends from high school who grew to be his good buddies all his life. I don't know exactly the number, but it was many. They all enjoyed fantasy football each year, good drinking get-togethers, softball tournaments, and golf tournaments. Patrick enjoyed and loved his abundance of friends and enjoyed spending time with each and every one of them!

Patrick also liked to fish, hunt, play softball, golf, and went on numerous road trips with his friends. He also enjoyed quality time with his children who were his life!

He was preceded in death by his dad, Shorty, sister, Tammy, brother in-law, Buck, all his grandparents, and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and nephews.

I would personally like to thank the doctors and nurses at Logan Health Medical Center for the excellent care and compassion shown to my son. Our family appreciates everything you did!

Patrick was a lifelong fan of the Philadelphia Eagles. They brought him great joy! His family and friends enjoyed watching the games and cheering them on with him!

A celebration of life for Patrick Bekier will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, March 7 at Darlington Funeral Home. Followed by a luncheon at 12:30 p.m. at the Hilton Garden Inn. Family and friends are welcome to attend!

"Always Loved, Never Forgotten!"

"Goodbye Patrick!"

"Until We Meet Again!"
