Gordon B. Pratt, 75

Gordon B. Pratt, 75, of Yerington, Nev., and formerly of Wallace, Idaho, passed away Feb. 22, 2026, at his home in Yerington, Nev., surrounded by his loved ones. 

Gordon was born Dec. 19, 1950, to Elenore (Walker) Pratt and Gordon Blaine Pratt in Wallace, Idaho. He graduated from Wallace High School in 1971. He married Donna Morse of Wallace, Idaho, in 1971. They welcomed two children, David and Patricia.

He remarried July 9, 1982, to Janice (Beliveau) Larsen in Wallace, Idaho.

He worked in the mining industry for many years, including in the Silver Valley, Death Valley, Yerington, Elko and Winnemucca, Nev. Gordon enjoyed traveling, going to the movies, and playing cribbage, pinochle and bingo.

He is survived by his wife, Janice; sister Sheila of Hayden, Idaho; sons David and his wife, Eva, of Coeur d’ Alene, Idaho, Jeff and his wife, Sarah, of Yerington, Nev.; daughters Patricia Leney of Lawton, Okla., and Stacey Larsen of Yerington, Nev.; nephew Bryan and his wife, Ashley, of Post Falls, Idaho; granddaughters Kyleen Pratt, Kayleigh and Kendall Leney, Chrissy Lopez and Tess Brown; grandsons Logan and Landon Pratt; six great-grandchildren, Lailla, Eden, Marcelo, Adrian, Jayce and Kyla. Gordon was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Howard.

A celebration of life service will be held in Wallace, Idaho, in July. The family has requested that, in lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Gordon’s name to St. Jude Children’s Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN, 38105, or made online at www.stjude.org.
