Wolfpack girls place three in Spokane

SPOKANE, Wash. — Katelyn Sphuler nabbed the individual crown at 100 pounds and Glacier took sixth as team at the Lady M2 Mallet tournament at Rogers High School.


Kira Oftedahl added a fourth place for the Wolfpack at 100, while freshman Adalyn Cummings finished third at 130. 


“As a team, we're seeing solid improvement and great effort from all our wrestlers,” Wolfpack coach Chris Leck said. “We are looking forward to the crosstown dual this upcoming Friday.” 


The Wolfpack finished tied with Mead (Wash.) at 84 points in sixth place. Ephrata (Wash.) won the tournament with 158.5 points. University (Wash.) was second with 146 points and Rogers (Wash.) was third at 100.
