Riley Allen Foster, 23, of Wallace, was arrested and booked for battery, possession of marijuana and possession with intent to use paraphernalia related to a controlled substance.

Jermal Jerome Joe, 46, of Spokane Valley, Wash., was arrested and booked for misdemeanor out-of-state DUI.
Brandi Alise Watson, 39, of Kellogg, was arrested and booked for domestic battery.
