Hellgate girls pull away from Glacier

Texas Gilman scored 12 points and Cody Schneider added 11, including nine in the fourth quarter as Missoula Hellgate defeated Glacier 54-44 Thursday in Western AA girls basketball.

Gianna Passucio added 10 for the Knights (4-1 overall, 1-0 in Western AA games), who outscored the Wolfpack 18-12 in the final frame. 

Karley Allen led all scorers with 16 points for Glacier (1-5, 0-1), Lucy Holloway tallied 10. 

Hellgate pulled away in the second half, outscoring Glacier 31-21 after going into the break tied at 23.
